The work I do is industry-neutral. It works for leaders who want to align their practices with their values and create more time in their days. My approach is applicable to organizations from insurance agencies to design & architecture firms to arts organizations to insuretech start-ups to associations.
I choose to work with independent insurance agencies across the US because I have 22 years of experience with what it takes to build success in this industry.
I choose to work with privately-held businesses because I am passionate about the opportunities ownership creates.
I choose to work with organizations with 18 to 84 employees because that’s the “sweet spot” for the value I deliver. (And, yes, there is a reason behind those numbers.)
I choose to work with nonprofits in Ohio and North Carolina because these are my homes and strengthening the service organizations in my states matters to me.
