My approach is shaped by my extensive experience as a chief of staff and is also grounded in my previous life as a theatrical stage manager.

In both roles, I learned how to translate a leader's vision into actionable plans and create the clarity teams need to do their best work. My job was to ensure every person knew their role, every hand-off was smooth, and every moving part supported the bigger picture. When that happens, the show is a success - and that's the same focus I bring to my clients today.
