Offered on an all-inclusive fee basis to associations and membership-based organizations, who can then charge a per attendee fee that meets their needs. Maximum group size is 24.

This four-part course is designed specifically for non-profit organizations to optimize their board of directors. Designed to strengthen the shared stewardship of the organization, the course engages board members on Effective Governance, Fiscal Responsibilities, Strategic Direction, and Productive Meetings.
Offered on an all-inclusive fee basis to non-profit organizations serving one or more of the following: education, arts/culture/recreation, children, or women. The course can be delivered virtually or in person.
