  • Navigating the leadership journey can be difficult. Having a trusted advisor to help map the course can help. Meg helps senior executives, board members, and emerging leaders get to the heart of what matters to them — and WHY — and build a plan to accelerate their progress toward their goals.

    Coaching available on a standalone package basis or as an add-on to other consulting engagements.

  • Designed specifically for the emerging leaders of privately-held businesses. Active participants in this 3.5 day course will strengthen their team connections, explore how their WHY impacts their performance, and expand their capacity for effective leadership.

    Offered on an all-inclusive fee basis to privately-held businesses who are investing in their leadership talent. Minimum group size is 6; maximum is 24.

  • Designed specifically for associations and other membership-based organizations to offer to their members. Active participants in this 3.5 day course will build their networks, explore how their WHY impacts their performance, and expand their capacity for effective leadership.

    Offered on an all-inclusive fee basis to associations and membership-based organizations, who can then charge a per attendee fee that meets their needs. Maximum group size is 24.

  • This four-part course is designed specifically for non-profit organizations to optimize their board of directors. Designed to strengthen the shared stewardship of the organization, the course engages board members on Effective Governance, Fiscal Responsibilities, Strategic Direction, and Productive Meetings.

    Offered on an all-inclusive fee basis to non-profit organizations serving one or more of the following: education, arts/culture/recreation, children, or women. The course can be delivered virtually or in person.
