I help the leaders of organizations with 18 to 84 employees create more time with values-aligned practices so that growth feels manageable again.
I work primarily with privately-held independent insurance agencies in the US and with nonprofits in Ohio and North Carolina.
My True North
For me, it all starts and ends with values alignment. When your practices are aligned with your values, we can achieve more together. My values are independence, accountability, connection, and presence. My superpower is creating time for who and what matters most to me. This has led others to call me “the time whisperer”.
